NZ | Free shipping within New Zealand for orders over $100. All orders under $100 will incur a shipping cost of $5.95 |
AU | Free shipping on orders over $100. All orders $100 and under will incur a shipping cost of $15 |
International Shipping |
All International orders will incur a flat rate shipping cost of $20. Please allow for extra processing and delivery times during holidays and peak periods. Please note: international orders are subject to import fees from the destination country. Customs charges vary from country to country and you will need check your particular country's charges, and pay those charges. |

Within NZ Please allow 1-2 working days for your oder to arrive. International Shipping Please allow 10 working days for your order to arrive.
Holiday/ Busy Period Shipping
During sales and other busy periods where we experience a high volume of orders, please allow for extra processing and shipping times.

Returns or exchanges are honoured up to 14 days from purchase.

Enter the email address and order number associated with your purchase and follow the returns process. If you have any issues with this process please contact support@ilabb.com
All item(s) must be unworn, contain the original tags and be returned in original condition. Underwear and socks cannot be exchanged or returned.
