How long will my order take to arrive?

Most orders will arrive on your doorstep within 4-6 weeks. However times can vary based on international holidays or time of year, increased order volumes or due to Covid-19 related delays beyond our control.

Warranty, returns, and exchanges

All ilabbyou products are made to order specifically for you, so we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds if you change your mind.

If you are unhappy with your purchase because of a manufacturing fault, please contact us to discuss how we can help.

If you have received a faulty item, you may request a replacement item or a refund. Ilabb will need to inspect the item to validate the fault. Please note that faulty goods do not apply to items that have been damaged due to a crash or general wear and tear. Items are not considered faulty if the care instructions have not been followed. All replacement items will require another 4-6 weeks to be delivered due to our production timelines.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges, as well as, shipping charges associated with exchanges. When returning your order, we highly recommend you send your package with insurance coverage and transit tracking. ilabb is not responsible for returns that are missing, damaged, or packages lost in transit.

I need to cancel my order

We can accept order cancellations within 48 hours of the order being placed. Beyond 48 hours custom made-to-order items are non-refundable.

I need to make a change to my order

Once an order is placed, we are unable to make any changes to the artwork. To make any changes, your order will be canceled within 48 hours of the order being placed. You will be refunded and you will need to place a new order. Refunds may take up to 5 - 7 working days to be processed.

Duties and taxes

All customers are responsible for all duties and taxes imposed by customs. We cannot devalue the cost of a purchase. For further information please contact your local customs office before placing your order.

Do you offer bulk pricing?

Yes! Please contact us to discuss our bulk pricing options.

I have a custom design I would like to make

Great, we’re always keen to chat about custom designs. Please contact us to discuss further. Please note there may be additional design charges for custom pieces.

Can I put anything I like on my jersey?

Most of the time! However, there are certain words or phrases we will not print. If your order contains anything offensive ilabb reserves the right to automatically cancel your order and provide you with a refund. Keep it friendly, keep it fun!

Can I add my own logos?

At this stage, this is not something we can offer but check back soon as we are working on adding this feature.
