Shipping Prices

All orders will incur a shipping cost of $9.99NZD. |
| AU | All orders will incur a shipping cost of $20NZD (Based on stock locations). |
| International Shipping |
All International orders will incur a flat rate shipping cost of $35. Please allow for extra processing and delivery times during holidays and peak periods. Please note: international orders are subject to import fees from the destination country. Customs charges vary from country to country and you will need check your particular country's charges, and pay those charges - ilabb is not liable for these charges. |
Note that all prices above are in NZD. If you pay in another currency, it'll automatically be converted.
Standard Shipping Timeframe
Within NZ Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to arrive. International Shipping Please allow 10 to 14 working days for your order to arrive.
Holiday/ Busy Period Shipping
We have an advised cut off date for delivery arrivals before Christmas. We suggest having your orders placed by the 15th December. Please note we will do our best to have your orders shipped as quickly as possible however we cannot guarantee specific arrival times. During our Christmas and New Year Season our shipping time changes to 5-7 business days while we manage high volume orders as well as NZ Post having higher work loads and being closed Public Holidays. Normal shipping times resume 6th January.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. If you have any issues please contact customersupport@ilabb.com.
Order Processing Time
Please allow up to 2-3 business days for your order to be processed in our 5 stores. As we don't operate a central warehouse, you can expect separate packages from these stores.
Cancel or Change An Order
Please choose carefully as we are unable to cancel or make any changes to your order once it has been placed.

Returns and Exchanges
Sales: Please choose carefully as we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on items purchased during any of our sales.
Returns or exchanges are honoured up to 14 days from purchase.
Returns and exchanges can be made through our Returns Center. This can be accessed by scrolling to the bottom of this page and clicking 'returns' under the Customer Service section, or by clicking here.
Enter the email address and order number associated with your purchase and follow the returns process. If you have any issues with this process please contact customersupport@ilabb.com.
All item(s) must be unworn, contain the original tags and be returned in original condition. Underwear and socks cannot be exchanged or returned.
