You can earn rewards in a few different ways with us. From making purchases on our website to celebrating your birthday.

We have changed the minimum order spend.

You can spend your points directly in the checkout.

10 points = $1 off. The minimum redemption rate is 100 points, or $10 off. You can also choose to redeem up to 500 points for $50 off your order.

Here is the full breakdown:

• 100 points = $10 off. Minimum order spend of $50 applies.
• 200 points = $20 off. Minimum order spend of $100 applies.
• 300 points = $30 off. Minimum order spend of $120 applies.
• 400 points = $40 off. Minimum order spend of $160 applies.
• 500 points = $50 off. Minimum order spend of $200 applies.

You are not able to use multiple discounts at the checkout at any one time. This means if you have chosen to redeem 500 points for $50 off, you cannot then choose to redeem a further 500 points for a total of $100 off. The maximum redemption is $50 off.

Your Club ilabb Account has everything you need to know about how many points you have and what perks you are eligible for. All you need to do is create an account or log in.

Please note that during high-promotion periods like Black Friday and Boxing Day, reward codes cannot be combined with discounted products. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to bring you the best deals and promotions.

Club ilabb points must be redeemed at certain point milestones.

• 100 points = $10 off. Minimum order spend of $50 applies.
• 200 points = $20 off. Minimum order spend of $100 applies.
• 300 points = $30 off. Minimum order spend of $120 applies.
• 400 points = $40 off. Minimum order spend of $160 applies.

Here's an example: If you have 150 points, this means you'll be able to get $10 off at checkout. The remaining 50 points will be retained for future use when you earn enough points to redeem another reward.

You don't have to use all your points at once. You can save your points to spend on exclusive perks including a free stay at ilodge in Queenstown - as long as you spend them within 12 months. You are only able to redeem up to 500 points per order.

If you're wanting to book your stay at ilodge, we'll take care of that for you. Just be aware that there are certain timings throughout the year that may be blocked out for your free stay, but we'll work with you to find a date that suits both yourself and ilabb.

Your points will expire 12 months after your last purchase with ilabb. Points will also expire after 12 months of inactivity.

When you exchange an item, your point balance will stay the same.

If you have returned an item, your points earned from the purchase will be deducted from your account - note if you receive a partial refund, only the value refunded will be deducted as points from your account.

Your points will go into the negatives if you spend your points before you make a refund e.g. earn 100 points from a purchase, spend your $10 reward on a new purchase and then refund the original - your account will now show '-100 points'.

When you exchange an item, your reward does not change.

After a return, you will not receive the points back that were used to redeem a loyalty reward e.g. You make a $100 purchase using a $10 reward, meaning you spend $90 from your own wallet - after you return the item, you will only be refunded $90.

No, you can't send points. If your friend hasn't shopped with us before, send them a referral. Upon their successful purchase, you will get $20 off your next purchase!

Every calendar month, we choose one member at random to win the prize. The winner will be notified via email and we'll make three attempts to contact them. If there's no response after 7 days, we'll re-draw the prize and select another winner at random.
