CANCEL OR CHANGE AN ORDER
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
- Returns or exchanges are honoured up to 14 days from purchase.
- Returns and exchanges can be made through our Returns Center. This can be accessed by scrolling to the bottom of this page and clicking 'returns' under the Customer Service section, or by clicking here.
- Enter the email address and order number associated with your purchase and follow the returns process. If you have any issues with this process please contact customersupport@ilabb.com.
- All item(s) must be unworn, contain the original tags and be returned in original condition. Underwear and socks cannot be exchanged or returned.
- All items purchased on Sale or on promotion are a final sale, other than those that fall within our obligations under the Consumers Guarantees Act.
- If your purchase is faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to find a remedy within a reasonable time frame.
