Level 4 Shipping Delays

Due to the current Level 4 restrictions we are experiencing processing and shipping delays. Our shipping partners have implemented safety procedures to ensure your safety as well as the safety of staff. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work hard to get your products to you as quickly as possible.

Shipping Prices

NZ Free shipping within New Zealand for orders over $100. All orders under $100 will incur a shipping cost of $5.95
AU  Free shipping on orders over $100. All orders $100 and under will incur a shipping cost of $15
International Shipping

All International orders will incur a flat rate shipping cost of $20.

Please allow for extra processing and delivery times during holidays and peak periods. 

Please note: international orders are subject to import fees from the destination country. Customs charges vary from country to country and you will need check your particular country's charges, and pay those charges - ilabb is not liable for these charges.

Shipping Timeframe

Within NZ Please allow 1-3 working days for your oder to arrive. International Shipping Please allow 10 working days for your order to arrive. 

Holiday/ Busy Period Shipping

During sales and other busy periods where we experience a high volume of orders, please allow for extra processing and shipping times.

COVID-19 - Our warehouse is still operating and we are working hard to get your orders out to you. However, please allow for longer shipping times as our delivery partners are suffering from delays. 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. If you have any issues please contact support@ilabb.com

Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed in our warehouse.

Cancel or Change An Order

Please choose carefully as we are unable to cancel or make any changes to your order once it has been placed.

Returns and Exchanges

Sales: Please choose carefully as we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on items purchased during any of our sales.

Returns or exchanges are honoured up to 14 days from purchase.  

Returns and exchanges can be made through our Returns Center. This can be accessed by scrolling to the bottom of this page and clicking 'returns' under the Customer Service section, or by clicking here.

Enter the email address and order number associated with your purchase and follow the returns process. If you have any issues with this process please contact support@ilabb.com

All item(s) must be unworn, contain the original tags and be returned in original condition. Underwear and socks cannot be exchanged or returned.

All sale items are final sale.
